Cold Springs High School maintains numerous student organizations with varying missions and purposes to meet the interests of the student population. Students are encouraged to participate in campus clubs and activities.

Royal Blue Band
CLUBS

The Cold Springs High School Clean Campus Club is composed of students who are committed to bringing sustainable practices to campus, maintaining a litter free campus, and to inspiring others to take these practices home and spread the word.

Clean Campus Club 

The mission of the Cold Springs chapter of FCCLA is to promote personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Sciences education. Focusing on the multiple roles of family member, wage earner and community leader, members develop skills for life through: character development, creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge, and career preparation.

LEO Club

The objective of Leo Club is "... to provide the youth of the world with an opportunity for development and contribution, individually and collectively, as responsible members of the local, national, and international community."

Leo clubs encourage young people to develop leadership qualities by participating in social service activities.

Cold Springs Youth for Christ is a student led group that meets before school on Friday mornings. The organization strives to present a Christian presence on the campus of Cold Springs High School.

Youth for Christ

The mission of the Cold Springs chapter of FFA is to prepare future generations for the challenges of feeding a growing population.  FFA teaches us that agriculture is more than planting and harvesting-- it's a science, it's a business and it's an art.  FFA helps the next generation rise up to meet those challenges by helping its members develop their own unique talents and explore their interests in a broad range of career pathways.

National Honor Society

It is the policy of the Cold Springs Chapter of the Senior High National Honor Society to have members with unwavering character, service, leadership, and scholarship. These important characteristics are voted on by the faculty of Cold Springs High School each year, when new applicants are being selected for membership into the National Honor Society.

SGA

The purposes of the Student Government Association are: 

  • to develop responsible student leadership.

  • to sponsor beneficial student activities.

  • to stimulate communication and cooperation among students, faculty and administration.

  • to foster community and strive to make improvements in all areas of the school.
